    This morning Julia and I started off in Little Rock and drove an hour to Hot Springs National Park. Hot Springs was a lot like Niagara Falls.. Wax museums, duck boat rides, and gift shops. It has its own 24/7 Police Department, Fire Department, Ambulance Service, Medical Services, Banks, and Local Government .     ... visiting before the MacDonald's headed home to a Saturday work project. The rain storm last night, which had little effect on our location, created major destruction in the nearby towns of Malvern and Sheridan, AR. We witnessed miles of downed trees and wires making us realize how lucky we were.

    No room in the campground for us to stay longer, so we headed south winding up in Jackson, MS for the night.
