Sharm caters mostly to European tourists who visit all year round to enjoy incredible weather and world-class diving and snorkeling. The entire coastline of the Red Sea in this area is peppered with resorts. ... four days relaxing by the pool after our buffet breakfast. The weather has been beautiful with sunny days of 28. In the evenings we would walk along the beach where all the restaurants and market places were.
Sharm el Sheikh is very clean and geared for tourists. You could forget you were in Egyt except for the hassling for money by the taxi drivers, service people and camel operators.

This weekend has been awesome and has gone by too quickly. He's been great company, we've had many a laugh, and though he hasn't seen egypt like I have, he still has many stories to tell. ... this place was for foreigners. There were many chain restaurants including Hard Rock Café and TGI Fridays, so I figure its best to just head back to the hotel and get ready for my dive trip tomorrow.
