    Today we left Poughkeepsie for Philadelphia, via Milford, a historic town and in which the cemetery of which my Great, Great.....Grandfather General Daniel Brodhead is buried. The town of Milford was absolutely beautiful, soemthing I did not expect, with a very French influence. Many french bakeries and beautiful old homes. A visit to the old bookshop was rewarding as we found more books for our Nicholas and then on to the cemetery. ...

    ... t waste my time and money and would quit, no matter where I was. That was the closest I came to it, because while I've felt like quitting to some extent before, it's always been from the boredom and tedium of getting up every day and doing the same thing and the knowledge that I had months more of that to go, but I decided to stick it out at least until I got new shoes, and they fixed the problem.

    ... I was a kid. I don't particularly remember, but my brother says we did. I know we used to go to the Connecticut Trolley Museum. Now here's an OLD MEMORY - the wallpaper in my room when I was little had TRAINS on it. I'm sure of that!!
