      ... area. It was odd, people actually said "thank you" to the driver when getting off the bbus including a bunch of school boys that I would gueess were in about 4th or 5th grade! Said thanks and waved to the driver as he pulled off! So here we are in the very centre of the city, nolitter to speak of,no graffiti and politte kids! What kind of country is this?!

      Another early morning for double d! We left early to get to the airport ready for our flight to Auckland. For breakfast we decided on a McDonald's which was yum!       ... Bastion Hill I think it was called. Really pretty. I never knew the NZ Christmas bushes grew into such lovely big trees. Really lovely big trees everywhere. One of the bus drivers has Moku on his face and he did the Haka for us. We saw a Marae nearby but didn't get to go in it.
