After leaving Runaway Bay we met up with 9 other boats at the mouth of the Coomera River and formed a convoy led by Ben Crawley on board Stock, a Riviera 445SUV and headed towards Moreton Bay through the main Channel. Oh what a doubter I am. Not Peters fault cos he usually finds fish if there are any around. Update apparently they did catch a Taylor but it wasn't big enough to feed us all so they swapped it for some ...

... more interesting than Manly with Bribie Island and lots of tidal flow to make it good to explore. There was a lady fishing a couple of night's ago. She was staying here at the caravan park with her husband and dog. Well, she got a bite, it turned put to be a sting ray! Apparently she over balanced, crashed down onto the rocks and was knocked unconscious! Spent the night in hospital. Maybe she should take up cross stitch!!! Well, time for sleep. .....til next ...
