    ... until 11am so I suggested we go to the Museum which looked open. The museum had a lot of local memorabilia and artifacts. There was a movie about the history of the area , the Opery house and Mark Twain’s start in his career. It was very interesting, I didn’t realize that he got his start right here in Virginia City. His father owned and operated a local newspaper. Mark started writing articles for the paper. ...

    Well, we decided to go to Las Vegas via Sacramento and then Reno and then down to Carson City and then take route 395 all the way down the back side of the Sierra Nevada. This is supposed to be the most scenic route.
