After spending a big chunk of our time in Byron we finally left and hit the road to Queensland in our trusty Dove wagon. A festival, surf competition, and fine waves await. ... to get the bike moving up the gradient again if I did. Eventually I had to give in though - the weight of my kit and the heat were just too much! Pushing the bike was not much easier, and a

... and I was really grateful for her driving me down there, saved me lugging everything onto a train etc. We arrived at Bonnie's around 10:30ish and Matt, her husband, came down and met me and helped me take my stuff in. ... bad, but i love it soo worth it! unfortunatly that day we found out that the color run which we were all signed up to participate in on sunday was postponed for june 2nd so saturday night we went to the casino again and spent some and won some money. sunday we tried to figure out our way home. we ended up missing our bus due to some mis communication with us and the taxi driver. we ended up at a train station not a bus station so we were stranded ...
