    ... at the Lucky Moose here in Walker. The food was great and the bike is hopefully fixed for good. Tomorrow is supposed to be rainy, cold, and windy. Yeah! love the diversity of a good adventure. Marilyn is not happy...but she is going to be a trooper or maybe she will be calling a relative to pick her up. Stay tuned... and see if Marilyn makes it to Lake Bemidji State ...

    ... Ron had to brake hard, to miss hitting him and squishing him up against his truck door. All we got from him was a wave...duh!!! Two seconds later and we would not have been able to stop! That was way too close for comfort! So, once we regained our composure, we decided the guy was lucky to be alive...and we would drive in the centre lane from now on...     ... Biking: Tom biked 350 miles. I biked 142 miles. We biked the entire Heartland Trail, around Pike Bay on the Migizi trail, around Lake Bemidji, portions of the Paul Bunyan trail and the Mississippi River Trail, and various other Minnesota country roads.
