... out and left our luggage in the onsite storage ready for pick up on the way to the train station later that evening.
Our first activity of the day was finding Shaylee some warm clothes and boots having not had a great amount of success the night before. Luckily during our wander we did get to take in both the architecture of the city which has an almost Parisian feel to it and we also got to stroll past a couple of quaint gardens.

... sound effect....the old quarter has a church bell ring, another area had a cow moo, another had laughter.....kept us amused as we went along! Looking a bit further though, we discovered the trains had no drivers! I double checked....nobody at the front of the carriage or the back. I saw a train pull up opposite us to pick up people on the other platform and had a look at it....no driver! Freaky! Somehow made it feel a bit insecure to be at least one storey down ...
... with more international students. We danced our asses of in Tibetan Cafe to mostly American songs. S/O to Hannes for making me cry out of laughter for making the DMX "woo" noise so well. (ex. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=thIVtEOt lWM) Outside of the bar, we hung out and had a beatbox/rap battle with some British people. I might have learned a few curse words in French along the way..Europe is so much fun :)
