... youth wanting to jump the fence for a free shower, but I felt their plan was going to impact on us in some way. Something had to be done so Gael was dragged kicking and screaming into the action. Gaels role was to discreetly knock up the owners and inform them that some plan was being hatched in the car
    park.
This task was accomplished with some difficulty as the owners were where we wanted to be, tucked up in bed. When the owner and Gael finally got to where their car ...

After leaving the Piedmont region of Italy, and before heading back to Geneva for the airport, we made a quick two-day stop in the beautiful French alpine town of Chamonix. We all crammed into ...

second last day of my holiday so I felt I should do a heavy hike as it is to be
my last one. I’m now in a hotel in Megeve, a fairly upmarket village
particularly in the ski season about 30 kms from Chamonix. It is also only an
hour’s drive from Geneva which makes the return of my rental car on Sunday
prior to joining my flight home that much easier.

    As all the

    Oops.

That stuff is strong and it blew my head off. Not wanting to alarm Rene who had warned me not to go too hard (he doesn't touch the stuff himself) I suggested we step back outside and go for a walk. Suffice it to say the train ride home was interesting.

I completely muzzered the train from Noordwijk to Bremen and ended up making up my own itinerary up as I went. I had a ticket on my phone that ...
