This time we got pulled over by a police officer for not signalling in the round-about. Who knew? And because we had no idea we were supposed to signal, the officer let us off. ... this on the bus, turns out they have stopped doing that now that they no longer issue tickets on the bus. I pleaded total ignorance and laid on the English accent and he let me on for free, phew. So if you plan to visit Sydney use the train as much as possible.

I arrive at Gold Coast airport around 710am. The luggage takes forever and finally after going through quarantine, my boots needed washing, I finally left the airport at 830am.
