... had a drink with Annette and Linda from NZ and Brentt Jones from Norfolk Island.
Dinner was at a local Italian restaurant with Bob Snow , Matt Mahon, Margaret and Phil Jones from Athletics Australia. It was a pleasant meal with plenty of food and stimulating conversation.
The most important part of this section of the trip is the renewing of friendships and catching up with people we haven't seen for at least six months. Tonight was an excellent start.
... to bring home I may of bought something! Hah! But a clock, May not survive the trip back! Went on a quick little circuit to find a little waterfall! And on route I found a climb that I just had to climb! Ha! I couldn't help myself, it was calling out to me! ;) When I was home and looking up activities I wanted to do here in Australia, I found a tree top course, zip lines and such like Tree-Go ...
... the beach. We had to get our "beach fill" before heading to the rainforest.
Which is where we are now - Mount Tamborine. Of course we had to have another driving "adventure" on our way here. This time we got pulled over by a police officer for not signalling in the round-about. Who knew? And because we had no idea we were supposed to signal, the officer let us off. Thank goodness for that! We're just not used to round-abouts back at ...
Our weekend away has sadly come to an end :(. We have packed up and just enjoying one last cuppa before we head back north. We are stopping off at Sandra's for a Fathers Day lunch and then back to reality :( We have enjoyed our stay here at the Mouses House Watch this space for my next adventure...EUROPE ...Only 3 weeks to ...

Chris has also moved the water pipes and put them under the vehicle. This is something that Allan, particularly, was keen on as it makes it easier not to have a lip into the back storage area.
