    Pleasant lodge with log fire which we shared with friends. Dinner and breakfast very nice. Great place for family break.

    ... the beach. We had to get our "beach fill" before heading to the rainforest.
    Which is where we are now - Mount Tamborine. Of course we had to have another driving "adventure" on our way here. This time we got pulled over by a police officer for not signalling in the round-about. Who knew? And because we had no idea we were supposed to signal, the officer let us off.     ... work is amazing. Threaded, pinned with cable ties. The bunch all together is like the size of a huge mans' fist.

    Lights: Surprised and delighted to see the lights installed on the outside of the van. There is a movement light next to the door, which we knew about.     The boys were leaving today to head down to Byron for a few days but said they are up for showing me about Surfer's Paradise so said we would meet up. Popped out to get a phone and sim and then just wandered about town for a bit. Went back to the pool where I had a chat with some new people.
