We were not far from The beautiful area of Margaret River and the little town of Yalling where we found our house in the country at the end of a short lane where we stayed for a few days. I must say it was so very nice of Jenelle's bosses, Jane and Mike, to let ...

Our last two days we spent driving around the Margaret River wine region, where we visited Cape Leeuwin, and had lunch at the Leeuwin Estate, after which J sampled some dessert wines and we ultimately visited the pretty Lake Cave, one of the many caves in the region. Unfortunately, the weather kept us from exploring some more, but I am already looking ...

... It's a really lovely town where the Blackwood River that we'd camped next to last night emerges into Flinders Bay and then into the Southern Ocean. We went straight to the caravan park that I had stayed at back in November, Flinders Bay Caravan Park , and found it to be very quiet. All we could hear was the sound of the waves breaking onto the beach only a few metres away. There were only two other campers there. We got a lovely secluded spot and chilled out for the rest of the day. ...
