A day in Tuscany!
Today was awesome. We left Florence and went to an Organic cheese farm that produces Pecoraino cheeses that range from ricotta to cheese hard enough to grate on your food. We met the sheep that the cheeses were made from and saw the entire process from curds and whey to making food with it. one of our students even tried the milk out! What An Afternoon
