I can't sleep and I need coffee, J-she the skilled practitioner of sleeping in is Tuned out and punching out the Z’s.

I wander down out of the hotel to Ayala Mall, workmen are using besoms and brooms to sweep away the remnants of last nights deluge. There is high rise construction everywhere and it’s eerily quiet on the streets. The great caffeine hunter makes his way down the sleepy streets of Cebu, the Ayala Mall doesn’t open until 10am.It's only 8.15.

Day 17 – Siquijor to Bohol to Panglao Island
We arrived bright and early for the ferry, already organized with our tickets and joined the huge queue for the terminal fee (something which exists all the way around the Philippines to get more money out of you when you leave a place!), then to the ferry.
