... we continued up hill towards the Toompea Castle. We saw many interesting monuments and cathedrals on the way, St Nicholas' Church, St Marys Church, the Kiek in De Kok Cannon Tower and remains of the city walls. I think the most impressive was the Alexander Nevski Cathedral. Built in 1894, it is a Russian Orthodox building with huge onion domes. Alas, no interior photos permitted. Back to the ship for a late snack lunch then a swim and lie in the sun as we have been blessed with another beautiful day today.
5pm and its Trivia again - still only 50%!!! Drinks with J&G before going to the 7pm show.
Tonight's entertainer was a British singer Jackie Scott who has spent many years singing in musicals in the West End of London. Very entertaining.
Dinner at 8pm then a night cap before into bed at midnight.
