    ... way to Charles bridge and walked across, investigating some vendor shops and enjoying the bands playing. One band in particular was fantastic, the Bridge Band (on YouTube). Some delicious food we had was a local pastry called tudlor which was basically dough wrapped around a stick, roasted over a fire and then sprinkled with sugar. Delicious! In the afternoon we met back up with the group for our optional bike tour through Prague. ...

    Well we are currently sitting at Prague railway station. It is 9.09pm and our train is scheduled to leave at 11.45pm for Budapest. These seats are very hard and have no backs. It is interesting watching the passing traffic, and incredible how many people travel with their dogs, and how well behaved they are. I could just imagine my two if they were to travel we me, horrendous. We are both exhausted as we have walked our feet off today. As a follow up on yesterday ...

    Well actually we almost didn't go... We were all put on standby! There were a few 'I'm a donkey on the edge' moments, but all worked out and we got to fly today phew!!!
