... a big way and it is wonderful. Whilst we are on the topic of Christmas, an oven does not a roast lunch make if you do not have a roasting dish, so pan fried fillets and vegetables it was. We did have loads of extras such as cake, gingerbread and our favourite Mozart choccies. Ah Mozart chocs, how excited was I to find an entire shelf full at the train station and they are half the price we normally pay. Heaven. And so ...

We wander through the Jewish quarter and see so many awesome stalls and markets around the street. We kind of got lost but that was the best part, we ended up making our way towards the river. The river that runs through Prague is pretty wide and has some swanky looking cruise ships trolling ...
... our breakfast (pastries and coffee) since it really started at 10 where Filip instructed us just minutes before to go over to the Astronomical Clock to see "the show". We hurried over and were in awe by this 600 year old clock- it begins with a skeleton who nods and pulls a string which leads to small bell ringing. After it rings 78 times, the other three characters that accompany the skeleton on the middle level begin to nod their heads. Filip later told us as he reenacted the show ...
... some kind of aperitif, not sure what but we drank it anyway.Home to rest.

Back to our favourite market, the entertainment is great and so is the beer and lunch. The Czechs say they have the best Lager beer and it is very cheap so everyone can enjoy it. They do know how to make a good one, and being hot outside, it's a good beverage. Even if you are on the old town square, it's still at least less than half the price of any other country we ...
... extra day or two to check it all out (which is big for me since I feel most cities CAN be accomplished in one day if planned right).
4) The food is...Okay. Had dinner at the Czech Republics smallest brewery and had classic Czech dishes and while it wasn't bad, it wasn't that great. The beer however was delicious! (see photos of food...the main dish tasted pretty much how it looks)
