    ... we were expecting, and paid less money then what we had originally signed up for with the other company (and got much more of an adventure). Score! Short orientation, short boat ride, and then our 1st stop.....swimming with the feeding sharks and rays. We pull up to the open ocean and our captain, Bob Marley (the crazy native) starts banging on the ship with a pan and says "Here shark shark shark. Breakfast is here.     ... to the other side of the island. It was a great, free tour of the lagoon and the island. The island natives live a typical modest way in typical cinder block homes. What sets them apart from other 3rd world people I've visited is the cleanliness and beauty of their island that they seem to want to maintain. No litter thrown throughout the streets.     ... time), but now we are saying we will come back again! And we will do it with Reef Discovery!! Patrick's was good, but Reef Discovery was superb!!

    Terry dropped us at the famous Bloody Mary's restaurant/bar. The 7 of us from the boat sat at one table and enjoyed lunch. Bloody Mary's was known for its unique setting and atmosphere.

    ... the peaks of Bora Bora rise above you. Wow! At some point we rode past a church with the congregation in full song. Beautiful. Al managed to get up and over the only hill on the road. We stopped beside Vairape Bay and had a swim and snorkel.
