This is made from grapes that are left on the vines until winter and having spent at least three days at -8C, are then made into a deliciously sweet syrupy wine that goes amazingly well with chocolate (or can also just be quaffed on its own!!)

Today we boarded our Moose Network tour bus for Western Canada.The first days drive was to Kelowna about 4 hours north east of Vancouver. The drive was on the lower mainland which has 60% of all British Columbias population. Our tour guide for the week is Megan.
