Today was a short day. So more picture were taken but, I still cannot upload them. Got to get a picture with both Paul Bunyan and his girlfriend in Hackensack. ... from early morning until evening. We got up on the 8th and drove through North Dakota. We stopped at the painted canyon in Theodore Roosevelt National Park. It was a beautiful spot. We continued on until we were just outside of Fargo, ND. Believe me you really do not need to see the past two days of driving. It was pretty in its own right, ...

... and we found a barely used Coleman stove for $5!!! Just need to get some white gas....yeah....not much else that would fit in the car! On to Detroit Lakes, MN, for a picnic of fresh veggies and fruit....finally...We stopped in a Walmart for some fresh food and headed down to a park by the beach. There didn't seem to be any tables available so we just set up a blanket in the shade and had a somewhat healthy lunch. We are still finding that ...
