Day 1- Arrive into Lisbon around 9.30pm after a 7 hour stop over in Barcelona- feeling pretty shattered. Hop in a taxi and go to our air bnb apartment where shin and reg are already checked in. The apartment was AMAZING and shin and reg had already made pasta dinner, got some red wine with breads and olive oil. Great start to Lisbon. Enough gassing! Yesterday we walked around Lisbon from 10am till 10 pm, twelve hours.....not planned, just happened. Lisbon sits on seven hills with the sea to the west. We were glad we had taken the bus in and not the bikes because it is not an easy city to cycle around....too many steps.

... had fun finding the sweet spots on the stage! We also bought some caipirinhas, which is a Portuguese drink with rum, sugar, soda and lime, and because we bought three, we got a free hat and a Hawaiian lei! We played some music for a while on the stage, and got some applause too, and we even wrote a song together about super bocks which we recorded. It was so much fun! After a while (and a few more beers) we left the stage and wandered down to the other end ...
