    Great Stay Wonderful People

    from

What a great place to stay with a family. We rented a three bedroom condo for our six family members. We were afforded privacy and space which probable save us some aggravation with the kids and the occassional disagreement. The unit was very clean and family friendly. The kitchen and washer and dryer in the unit save us a great deal. The people at Beachtree Villas were very friendly and catered to our occassional needs in a very timely manner. I recommend them highly.

    Best family vacation ever!

    from

Our family loved our stay at Beachtree Villas.

Our family has been to Disney 3 times in the past 4 years. We have always stayed on-site but were referred by a friend to try this property.

We booked a 3 bedroom 2 bath villa for 5 people. These villas are large, very clean and a GREAT VALUE. We paid $139.00 per night about the same price we typically paid at the Disney All Star Resort. The villas are in an excellent location. It took us about 5 minutes to get to Disney.

Having a full kitchen and laundry facilities is very convenient. We were able to pack less since we were able to do a load of laundry when we needed. We stocked the refrigerator with breakfast and snacks for when we got home late at night.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. We even saved approximately $200 on Disney tickets making the value even greater.

    Beautiful Villa

    from

Our villa was clean and roomy. Nearby shopping and close to all the Orlando theme parks. We will book with this company again and have recommended it to our friends.

    Good Value

    from

We just returned from a brief stay in Orlando, and the Beachtree Villas worked out great for our needs. With two young kids on different sleep schedules, it was ideal to have separate bedrooms and allow us to hang out in the living room area. The villa was HUGE. Full kitchen and fridge, large dining table, three bedrooms, and a big family/living room area - plenty of space for two little kids to run around in circles. Our older boy kept running around saying "I love to run all around in my hotel."

We were on a ground floor unit, although an upstairs unit would have been nice. And we backed to a somewhat busy road, but were so wiped out from a full day of parks that the traffic didn't disturb us too much.

One trick to this... there are several villa communities scattered across a few miles that could be where you are placed. You don't know exactly where you'll be staying until you arrive. We were in the Sweetwater Villas, but I think their all the same. We never could find the nice new playground equipment that was shown in the pictures on the website.

The unit itself was a little worn, but considering the price you pay (we paid $89/night + a 1-time $39 cleaning fee), you get a lot of room for the money. My wife and I are pretty picky about the level of quality in places we stay, and this was fine. There were a few areas that were in need of repair or extra cleaning - lots of dirt piled up in the track area of the sliding door, the shower area was a little "grey" in a few places, the carpet had a few stains and needed to be vaccuumed a little more closely, and the dining chairs were pretty stained. The last is forgivable considering how many people they crank through there. They were a little light on basic supplies like dishsoap & sponges, but there is a Publix right around the corner. Beds were plenty comfortable, and one of the bedrooms was decorated very cute with Pooh stuff - 3 yr old son really dug it.

The manager, Renee, was very professional and accomodating.

It took us about 15 mins to get to the Magic Kingdom parking area, which was acceptable.

Overall, we'd recommend this to people who feel that a standard hotel room will not be enough space, and/or who want a quieter environment than most hotels offer, and/or who don't want to eat every meal in a restaurant.

    Excellent Family Alternative

    from

My family stayed at Beachtree Villas for a week. It was an great location because Disney, MGM and Universal are all nearby. The condos are quite large and very clean and there was a beautiful pool in the complex. This was an excellent alternative to a hotel and we were able to cook breakfast some mornings and come back to relax before dinner. There are many restaurants and smaller attractions such as miniature golf within five minutes.

    Great Place for a family!

    from

My family stayed at Beachtree Villas for a week during the summer. We thought it was just perfect for families. The location was close to the parks, restaurants and stores. The villa was tremendous! It was clean and nicely decorated. It was so nice to be able to put the kids to bed in their own rooms and be able to relax by ourselves in the living room before bed. Mornings were so much easier with 2 bathrooms, and we saved time and money on breakfasts. The staff was very helpful. We would definately go back again.

    A+ Accommodations

    from

We recently enjoyed a ten day stay at the Beachtree Villas. We had a wonderful vacation and would certainly stay with these folks again. Our condo was very clean, perfectly located, and huge! I am extremely satisfied with the value offered. The staff was quite professional as well. They were highly knowledgeable about area restaurants, shopping, and of course the theme parks. Our family will stay at Beachtree Villas again next time we're in Orlando.

    Totally awesome

    from

Our daughter was married in the area and our entire family stayed at Beachtree Villas. Not only was the entire staff professional and curtious, they were helpful with directions. The condos were spacious and clean and we are all looking forward to our next visit. Thank you Beach Tree for being a part of our special day.

Exceed our Expectations! Great Place for family.

    from

Beachtree Villa was beautiful, spacious, and spotless! Highly recommend this property for your next trip to Orlando. Great rate for 3 BR, 2Bath, condo. Conveniently located to Orlando attractions.

    Roaches

    from

The place was very roomy but after being there one day I realized the unit had roaches. They did not offer any alternatives until two days before leaving. They suggested we move but we figured after already staying 3 nights with "them" they were already coming home with us. So after going home I had to immediately wash and check everything! I would not stay here just because I feel that they already knew they had a problem because I did not just kill one, in the 5 night stay I probably killed 15-20!!!!!!!!!!

... No offense, I always marvel at the patriotism of our American friends and wonder why we don't hang a few more flags at home. Patriotism is very important. I guess what I am trying to say is in some ways that focus takes away from the fantasy part of the adventure. Still there are some inspiring American Heroes who can be celebrated in manners remarkable.
