Heading down the Kakadu Highway
We started the day off by driving back to the Bowali visitor centre where we both had breakfast, got changed and had a student wash aka wet wipe and deodorant. Navigating Nourlangie
Today we headed south stopping off first at the Nanguluwur art site near Nourlangie. While it was a hot morning for a 1.7km walk into the escarpment from the car park, we had the entire gallery to ourselves and it is quite extensive with just enought interpretive signage to be fascinating.

Kakadu Forever
Up early and climbed to the top of the falls. It is a very steep climb. There are several large rock pools at the top ending in an infinity pool that drops over the falls. Just the place for a cooling swim. We had the place to our selves and met the first tour group on our way back down. Packed up and headed off into the park.
