An early start today, getting up at 7am in the work routine. It was a chilling (it was actually a frosty morning) reminder of the reality of waking up to a work routine. Love you guys.

The friends I met and made were all so lovely and helpful. Once again, I'm reaffirmed by the oath we take as travelers of this world to take care of each other. Paris is definitely a city best experienced with someone. It's even better if you're lucky enough to share it with a significant ...

... The train station is quite impressive.  Maya had picked out a place from the guide book, Desiree de L'ille for a bite to eat and it was great. It sprinkled rain for a few minutes, necessitating a quick change of tables to one under an umbrella. We had a Salade Nicoise, a crepe with ice cream and whipped cream, fried eggs and ham ( for Morry) and a delicious waffle. Unlike the one in Brussels, this waffle was very light and airy. Of course, once you add ice ...
