Pelicans at Port Macquarie
... how they're all looked after and they've managed to get 11 back into the wild in the past 12 months. We went at feeding time and so they were moving around quite a bit and even Sam thought they were cute (he wouldn't let me bring one home to look after though!).
We then spent the evening at the hostel and joined in 'Pizza Night' with the other guests before getting the bus to our next stop - Byron Bay.
