      I'm a few days behind in my blogging:

      We were still in Grants Pass but took a side trip to Cave Junction to see the underground caves. WOW was it exciting. The guide made me the "bear bait" - I was last in line to make sure no one lagged behind....and that meant I was bear bait, too. The caves are at a constant 44 degrees but it didn't feel that cold. Our guide had some great stories to tell ...

      ... excellent. The wasps forced us to move everything inside. When the guns came out some of the guys shot pistols at targets behind the house. It was a great party all in all and everyone had a good time and many laughs. I left a little after 4 PM and headed north towards Portland. I got tired a bit south of Portland and pulled into another La Quinta at Tualatin, Oregon. I better get my frequent user benefits ...

      • Drove about little bit more than 2 hours, we are finally here at Ashland, Oregon.
      • We are staying Oregon for a week! so excited! XD

      ... yes !!!! The road up there was stunning and when I first looked over the rim I can honestly say it took my breath away. Not sure if the pics have done it justice but I have NEVER seen a blue like that water. Simply stunning !! I rode all around the lake and took pics from most areas.
