          ... to work ), bus after school back to the YMCA, time for a snack and homework before 5, then their nightly swim training in the pool....5 until 6. Sometimes I go watch - bit like BOOT CAMP.....I do not know how they keep up the regime for over an hour. Long distance lap training, sprint laps and exercises at the end of each lap by doing underwater leg pull ups (legs only holding over edge of pool) with arms crossed over ...

          We went over to one of our favorite restaurants on Captiva for lunch.
          Everyone else forgot about the frog (and our picture with it). I wanted to see how long it would take for them to remember (it was 3 days) and I got called a "Stinker". We went back on the third for the photo op.

          He is also involved in helping Barb in her mission with Raymond to remove and replace windows in a friends house ….meantime I was given permission to go shopping on my own!!!! Joy , to wander about in the car on my own , music wound up , while I cruised up and down Tamiami dropping into my favourite stores….

          ... before check-in is neither smart nor cost efficient for two people. The other reasons for choosing the B&B was the appeal of having a little cottage instead of a room, the the complimentary free hot breakfast in the morning, which we've come to prefer and enjoy(Embassy Suites has spoiled us in that regard.)
