    ... looking at the breathtaking Tetons. Between us and the mountains was a vast field of marsh and brush. We saw a deer. Then in the distance, a moose and her two calfs appeared. Only Tom, Stacey and Matthew saw it. The rest were in the gift shop. Their loss. We made a brief stop at Jenny Lake then headed direct to Laramie.

    ... as told to us by the bartender is: in the 1970's a male patron of the bar fell in love with a female bartender, she didn't want to have anything to do with him but he wouldn't let go. One day, the man got very drunk and upset, he started shooting his gun (38 something or another, don't remember). He went across the street and shot through the window of the bar and hit the mirror. Luckily he didn't hit anyone but he apparently got 10 years in jail ...
