... eastern Wyoming. About 100 miles east of the border with Wyoming, the freeway dips south a little almost to the Colorado line. There's a pull-off there to get out and see a beautiful panoramic view. And it is beautiful. You can see for what I imagine to be miles and miles in a 180-degree arc. You're standing on top of a bluff and in front of you is just wide open prairie. Ruby drove the first leg of today's journey. Once we entered Nebraska we passed the ...

... br> On Sunday morning, after a hearty breakfast, we go to the stable and start our ride with Brent (our Wrangler), Outlaw ( John ), Two - Bars ( Ariana ) , Blacky ( Elena ) and Lucky ( Elisa ), our Quarter horses. They are not the type that line up but you really need to stir, which makes it more exciting. We cross a couple of streams and step on snow that has not melted yet. We see two Bald Eagles that live on ...

... remembered seeing antelopes everywhere and she was right. We saw these beautiful animals grazing in the green hills on the side of the interstate.

We stopped for the night in Laramie and had a nice meal in the lovely and historic downtown area. The town is home to the University of Wyoming and after dinner we took a short drive around the campus.

Tomorrow we plan on making it to Jackson.
