Today was an amazingly long, yet fun day! Luz, Angie, and I woke up at 4:00 in the morning to get ready to go to Machu Picchu. I got ready as fast as I could but it took me about an hour to get myself ready and pack everything up from the hotel. We stored our things in reception and then left the hotel...

woke up at 5a to to hike the 1.5 hours straight uphill to get to the site early*. The fog was pretty heavy all morning. Caughta 2 hour engliush tour of the grounds then hiked another couple fo hours up the 2nd biggest peak next to the ruins. i hope the pictures do it justice but it is very stunning
