... a "duck weed" issue on the Selby Canal but were surprised on how much there was and how green it was, it didn't look like there was a canal at all, under the luminous green covering.

We did not have to experience the entanglements with getting back to Robin Hood's Bay (so we cannot offer any advice here for Coast to Coasters) because we had the great opportunity to stay with friends of Ellen and Brian Shepard's in Huddersfield, England.
