There is a sun deck at the lodge that you could sit at and watch the sun go down with an ice cold beer. A beautiful setting. I was signed myself up with one whole month at Fitness Ridge, really not knowing what to expect. There were some difficult days and there were some amazing days. The scenery is absolutely breath taking and the staff at Fitness Ridge are incredible. I also met a great deal of cool people and made lots of friends. Overall, I lost 24 pounds in 28 days! And, have amazing pictures hiking through the mountains of Southern Utah! Super fun!
