    .....just in case you'all rushing over to Dubai - my suggestion would be to compare the two "on/off" buses if you plan to use that method of seeing the sights. The BigBus one was 'unsatisfactory' if your time is limited and traffic exists ( try to ascertain that / ask if any 'events' going on?..etc. And you really do need the two days to use that bus.     So after falling asleep at 7 I woke up at 5am yey for jake haha, the thing with hotel rooms is there is not allot you can do without waking you partner here and the sun doesn't rise till 8aam here which is weird.
