    Day 30 We started the day with a memorial service for 9/11. It was actually a nice service without too much of the hand on heart stuff. We are at Burlington. A city/town of 53 churches and a population of 16,000. At one time it must have been a very prosperous towns some of the old houses are very pretty.     Today we went to a "museum". This museum was very cool one could climb around in all sorts of mazes that you could run and have fun in. After 4 more hours of driving we got to Jacob's geodes.     ... hours: open until people aren't there anymore. It's a cute spot: wine barrel tables, wine bottle light fixtures, photos/art representing the family winemaking history. It's the type of place I want to succeed. Also, the only beer on draught is Busch Light. Twelve ounces for $1.25. Hehehe...

    ... UIC Hospital (Iowa City) recovering from a major surgery to remove a cancerous tumor growing out of his humerus (not funny). After the removal, they replaced the now-hollow, swiss-cheesed bone with a stainless steel rod core and joint inside a cadaver bone, and pieced the nerves back together. Science.
