Feeling worst for wear this morning. The $5 fish-bowls were really paying a toll. Slumped out of bed, rolling into a diner. Feasted on bacon and eggs, whilst reminiscing of last night, looking at all the funny photos. Eventually left New Orleans, feeling a bit sad, a great city, keen to come back for Mardi Gras! Not a lot to write in this entry. Our hotel was not the grandest facility we have been in but we were on the beach and listening to those waves crash was so nice.
We were straight into the water after dropping our bags. It was so warm and such a great feeling!

Its always sad to leave a vacation at the end of the week. We didn't really worry about how the ride down would go, we knew we would be tired but we figured it was the best solution for little miss, the ride home on the other hand scared the living heck out of me.
