        ... to eat, a medium pizza and garlic bread. We failed massively, the first meal in the US that we didn't finish, and we did not even get close! One slice had as much filling as a pizza in the UK. It was delicious though.         ... to southern Oregon will take us north on US Highway 101 as far as San Jose, then transition to Interstate 880. The 880 will take us around the east side of San Francisco Bay through a solid mass of humanity. The largest city on the route is Oakland- Governor Jerry Brown's Oakland.
