    ... time since arriving in Calais! We were finally on our way to the UK! Catching the ferry is a pretty quick and convenient way of getting from France to the UK. If you're coming from France, and it's a clear day you can see the White cliffs of Dover from the port at Calais. The trip takes 1.5 hours, but there is a 1 hour time difference, so it's like it only took half an hour by the time you get there! Arriving in Dover we picked up the new rental car and started our journey ...
