Great location, great price, friendly service! Only issue was that the Wi-Fi wasn't predictable.

Up early today because we were due to leave the hotel at 8am to go on a walking tour. Bus up to the Prague Palace on top of the hill overlooking Prague, then tour around and wend our way back down to the hotel. The guide, Petre, (Peter) is terrific and very knowledgable and informative. We toured around the grounds of the Palace and had wonderful views of the city from its high vantage point. We followed up with a tour of St Vitus Cathedral and delicious morning tea. We walked ...

At this cathedral we saw textbook Gothic architecture, with its flying buttresses, pointed arches, ribbed vaults, and gorgeous stained glass windows.

After leaving St. Vitus cathedral, we explored a little more of the Prague Castle complex area. I had ...

Well, on our first night in Prague Louie and I wandered down to Old Town. We saw Wenceslas Square and walked along the Moldova. We saw the astronomical clock and Tyn Church. We also cruised up the main drag to see the parliament building. Prague is the capital and largest city of the Czech Republic. It was founded during the Romanesque period and had two Holy Roman Emporerors and was the capital of the Holy Roman Empire at one point. There are tons ...
