We spent the last two days relaxing on the beach. The weather has been absolutely beautiful! The kids must have spent two solid hours in the water yesterday, just searching for seashells and crabs. We walked to the hilltop overlooking the town harbour,then climbed to the top of the Pilgrim Memorial Monument built in 1907 to commemorate the first landing of the Mayflower Pilgrims.
The tower is 350 feet above sea level and the climb to the top is well worth the view.... after catching your breath from the steep climb..
