Reto & I left Bad Ragaz early in the morning. Together with our visitors from Chicago we took the train to Zurich. They went to the airport and we moved on via Berne, Spiez, Visp to Zermatt. We enjoyed a nice lunch in Zermatt and headed with great view of the Matterhorn and sunshine towards Riffelberg. Just right for happy hour. We enjoyed a drink on the patio with gorgeous view of the Matterhorn and the other mountains. Around 4pm our ...

These runs are the glacier runs and go even higher than the revolving restaurant, so this is as high as either JJ or I have skied before.
It is clear that JJ is beginning to grow and some of the techniques and strategies he used when he was smaller are not working ...

... get off at junction 11A and head across country. We cut of hours of queue and managed to get to the point where the Eurotunnel staff were separating passengers from freight. We passed the ticket area and were told that there were only places on ferries being offered to cars as all the spaces for busses were filled. We had to wait.
JJ and I went off and bought some food. The queues were huge due to the number of people being held in the ...
