... from my extended walking yesterday and need to force myself to drink more water. It's easy to think you should keep a high momentum and 'get out there' everyday to see more sights but the reality of it is that it is not always possible.
I went for a short walk along Wilshire Blvd towards 'Downtown' for about an hour before returning and settling in for the night.
I'll get out there again tomorrow!
... place doesn't have is a bath! Jamesy wet my shorts completely while doing this just as I told him to "point it down" but it was too late! Anyway we just laughed about it as what else can you do! They went down well and we watched some telly before heading ourselves.
Highlight of the day: seeing the walk of fame, footprints and handprints on the road - and the Hollywood sign woohoo!
Lowlight of the day: lunch was awful at a super dodgy ...

... to have a better gander at the displays which were beautiful. There was a lovely cobbled street off Rodeo Drive with a few boutiquey shops that weren't designer but still had beautiful, high end, one-off fashion bits. It was a great experience even if we couldn't enjoy it fully and buy everything we wanted.

... from the end, it's gone so quickly but it has been great for us. No problems except the issue with the bikes in Milwaukee. Being first timers to the States we've learnt a hell of a lot and if there is a next time we'll do things differently in some areas and know what to expect. The American people have been welcoming from day 1 and are always keen to have a chat to us and without any exception, all have said Welcome to America.
