Today we spent the day looking around the city. Once again we took on the challenges of a local metro train system. Most work the same way so once we got used to the place names we were ok. Getting around Barcelona is so much easier than I thought it was going to be. Not physically easy ( a bloody big hill is still a bloody big hill ) but it seems that where I am staying is fairly central, and once I've walked the 15 minutes to the nearest metro, the whole of the city is only a few stops away.
