      ... dip, spiral-cut ham with mashed potatoes and bacon green beans, and my favorite: a homemade Bengali feast. Kichuri (rice & lentil dish), Bengali eggs, Kosha Murgir Mongsho (cinnamon-chile chicken curry), Bhuna Gorur Mongsho (cumin beef curry) might take several hours to prepare, but I feel like it's worth someone else cooking all day for the absolute, unqualified joy I feel when I eat this food.
