This was our first tour of the day. It was chilly so the park ranger let us stay in the ranger office until the tour started. I had never been to President Van Buren's home before and I was impressed by the restoration, attention to details and all the information given by our guide. Emma and I had ...

Looking forward to properly exploring the rest of the Berkshires tomorrow as we head north before passing into Vermont and towards ...

We walked around, visited a couple of the sites, one being the only structure left from the witch trial period. That is the home of Judge Corwin.

Saw The House do Seven Gables that inspired Nathaniel ...

... to Vermont looking for FALL COLOR! And found it too. Actually most of the color was in Massachusetts. Vermont was awe fully dry. All of the stream beds were extremely low. But all along the way we say wonderful vistas and quaint New England towns. Covered bridges, The Berkshires, The Green Mountains, The Yankee Candle Factory Shops!

home for pizza, a bit of TV, and now I am finishing up this narrative!!
