    ... 15 a person for a guided hike of the east side of the island. We were the only 3 people on the entire tour. Nobody else at the hotel signed up so we had a private tour for next to nothing.     ... time favorite beaches. Don and I came prepared with Kindles, etc. and we could not take our eyes off the surf and the ocean it was so beautiful. We just talked and watched the ocean. When I finally ventured into the surf, I mistakenly thought I could jump above the waves, but immediately I was knocked down by a wave and lost my prescription sunglasses!

    The ship docked at St. Croix around 7:30am. I got up at 6am to make sure I had breakfast early enough to get the "routine" out of the way. The breakfast buffet started at 7am, with the usual feast. I had my oatmeal and almond milk, and some pastry plus a couple of pieces of well done bacon. Good to go.

    Hi everyone! We had one heck of a rainy windy night last night!! I have to tell you that it was a little scary! The weather this week hasn't been very nice at all... it has rained every single day and the wind has been incredible. The locals say that it hasn't been like this in a very long time.
