... attached but over the car park was a diner called Lucky 99. If you add our ages together it comes to 128 so we took that as a good sign and gave it a go. They were not FAOGCS certified but were as good as. They actually had meals without all those toxins so I was happy. A roast turkey and veggies (large serving but then every serving in America is large) for $12, and it was good.

1st day back in USA sort of.

... it, in tact we all loved it and I am very happy!

From there to New Haven in Connecticut, the home of Yale University. A great drive through the countryside after leaving the highways. Such different housing up here in the colder climes.

Breakfast overlooking Yale. Of course, wrong time of year for tours, but we had a walk around and looked at some of the beautiful old and delicate buildings.

... whole way through the day. So I chose and assassin because I know I could do the costume and also I knew that it would be light and easy to make ha so after 4 attempts on making double swords for me to use, I finally made them and painted them. The day was great finishing it all off with a massive kids v counsellors water ballon fight. Which was funny and pretty awesome to be honest. Until next time ...

... drive to find a Subway. Unfortunately not a lot in the vicinity and then the heavens opened so we drove round a bit more with no success.Ended up in IKEA restaurant as was the only place open.Rain was belting it down at this point and parts of car park were like a lake.We decided to buy some food there to make dinner tonight in case the weather stayed bad. The local news had tornado warnings to the north east of us at 5pm that's how bad it was.But returned to dry muggy ...
