    Woke early, slightly excited I think! , a cuppa tea n a bacon butty later n we were raring to go, shame it was 8.30 am n had to wait another 1 1/2 hrs for Dan to get home from work n take us to the bus station! . After an uneventful trip we arrived at Heathrow T 5, hung around for half hr waiting for the bag drop to open n made our way through security, just for a change neither of us got patted down although if Andy had had to wait much longer for his belt to ...

    ... the night before my flight to purchase insurance? No. But I have to find a way to keep everyone on their toes! Kidding. Too soon. It still seems a bit surreal, especially because I haven't been away from home for more than 16 days at a time, but before I know it I will be stepping out of a plane onto a different continent. I now have an hour and a half to wait at the airport so will abuse Pearsons free ...

    ... br> To get back we couldn't face the walk and decided to get the tram. A very good service back to Hard Rock. There we sat in the sun and took a few more photos and then wanted to take the Subway back to the hotel. Again very good and we didn't even get lost.

    Back in our room now with a cup of tea. Thank heavens we have a means of making it. May take the subway into town tonight to eat, see how we feel.

    Left Crystal Meth on the sofa looking in a state, she didn't get a taxi last night ended up falling asleep on the pavement, a friend of her brother noticed her and drove her home... She got TURNED UP. Didn't remember any of it the next morning completely Swiss Cheesed. Drove across Michigan to Detroit.
