On to our hotel in Perth, with a stop in Pitlochry along the way. The guidebook had described a man-made salmon ladder at a dam, and the town had many signs to lead tourists on a 15 minute walk to it. Unfortunately we don't think it was working. ... island but there are lil roads criss-crossing everywhere.

Very cool narrow roads with huge hedgerows no shoulders....just a wall or a massive hedge full of tall grass...Its like driving down green hallways......I keep getting me legs whipped when I hug the corners. Great driving...as long as no one is coming the other way. Found the road outside of Kirk Michael and off I went up this little narrow paved road.

This road turned out to be a ...

... the fastest. I cannot describe what it is like to have these bikes going past at 150-170 MPH just a few feet away. All of the guys in our clan either have or have had motorcycles, and Paul and Andew have raced bikes in their youth so they were pretty happy that we had such a good, close up place to watch. I even enjoyed it!
