It's been lovely to see those I have and appreciate all your help in getting sorted including tips for travelling, lend of useful things, parting cards and gifts, giving me time off, storage of my belongings, cleaning and sorting my flat, buying my car, driving us to ...

... challenged Ben (a tennis pro at a really posh health club) to a match as Elly and I cheered from the sidelines. It was intense and in the end we'll just say that Ben was more than polite to call it a draw. I even got a chance to hit around with David for a bit. Felt good to be on the court but probably best to stay in retirement.

All in all a great weekend with some wonderful hosts! Nice to know Bristol is only an hour or so train ride away.
