Good flight with BA after abandoning our car at Purple Car parks, near Heathrow. We were met at JFK with a happy smiling face on Alinda Iveson, which was a great moral booster. We had dinner at a pokey upstairs Japanese Sushi restaurant followed by a selection of rich cakes to complete the birthday celebrations. Dinner for two is rather inexpensive at $ 40 USD and a beer belly.
