... went to see a movie at their new 12-screen Carmike Cinemaplex. We decided to watch whatever movie was the next available - it happened to be Divergent. We all like it pretty well. I think we were all surprised at how well we liked it. I'm glad I saw it, now I can dive into the book since I'll be teaching it next year. :-) Later we drove over to Athens and ate at The Varsity. I think the 2 coneys and onion rings will hold me for awhile....until the next trip ...

My experience at J.W. Marriott started as a pleasant experience and has ended as a customer service nightmare that I have only previously read about online. I traveled to Atlanta in a vehicle that I had just purchased 3 weeks prior and had 1,500 miles on it as I pulled into the hotel. ... a great day, fantastic weather, a really nice college town with good bars good food and a great atmosphere! Unfortunately our team lost but it was good fun either way. Traffic was awful getting home. Finally met up with Becca. Was gutted for her that she missed the game but we went for some American food & cocktails / beers. One bar dedicated their menu to smith's songs. Loved ...
