After our tour I took a short ferry barge to Quadra island for $33 return. I stayed at We Wai Kai campground for $25 a night and had a huge site on the ocean in the trees. Soon it was time for prepping dinner. Tonight on the menu was seafood we picked up in Parksville. We hooked the grill up and cooked salmon and shrimp wrapped in cedar paper and enjoyed our dinner outside. A stroll back down to the beach for sunset seemed fitting to end a lovely day. Back at camp we enjoyed a fire and s'mores made with our favorite—Reese's. ...

when we got out and came inside we got changed and Lenny went to bed and I had Oreo ice cream.

I hope tomorrow I will be as happy as today.
